On Pick Up Day
For your first order, simply place your clothes in any disposable bag. After the initial cleaning, we'll return them neatly folded in personalised reusable laundry bags for you to keep. Stay on top of your laundry schedule with helpful reminders sent the day before and on the day of your service. Never miss laundry day again with our timely alerts.

Delivery
After a thorough cleaning and meticulous folding, your fresh laundry will be returned to you within 48 hours*. Our efficient turnaround service allows you to reclaim your free time and enjoy the rest of your day without the burden of laundry weighing you down. Relax and make the most of your newfound freedom while we take care of this tedious chore for you.
Not available during pick up/delivery time?
No problem! When filling out the order form, inform us your preference for personless pickup and delivery. Our Valet will pick up and deliver your order to your doorstep, building reception, or another place of your choosing.
